Hello dMHS Swim & Dive Team!

(If your athlete has already graduated or is no longer at dMHS, please disregard this email - we apologize for the inconvenience, but utilizing last year's list is the only way we can be sure to reach everyone from last season until we have a roster this year).

The dMHS Swim and Dive Team Registration for the 2026-2027 season is OPEN through October 1st!

Please follow these 6 steps to complete athlete registration:

1. Mandatory - Register on our team Swimtopia site.
2. Mandatory - Submit the 26-27 dMHS Athletic Participation Forms using "Final Forms".
3. Mandatory- Pay $20 Athletic Trainer Supply Fee via Final Forms or by cash or check (payable to Manual High School) through the athletic office. This is paid once per school year, regardless of the number of sports played.
4. Mandatory - Pay team fees with a credit card during online registration on Swimtopia or pay team fees by check by dropping off the check to a coach at practice or turn it into the Athletic Director's office.
5. Mandatory - Submit University of Louisville Youth Protection Form. Email signed form to [email protected] for each athlete. Use duPont Manual Swim Team as the program name. This document will remain on file for meets held at U of L's pool.
6. Voluntary- Submit "Consent for Outside Traceable Communications" waiver form. The primary means of communication for team events is the dMHS Swim & Dive Swimtopia system (this site) which includes emails sent to athletes and parents through the Swimtopia system. Submitting the Consent for Outside Traceable Communications waiver allows communication with athletes by email, text, Swimtopia messaging, etc.or other means beyond the JCPS email system for traceable communication system. SEPARATE FORMS MUST BE RETURNED for JC Barnett (Coach), Katelyn Meng (Coach) & Hattie Haller (Swim & Dive Boosters Volunteer) if parents choose to submit the waiver. If these forms are not submitted, only JCPS email can be used for communication. To submit the consent forms, click on the link for each of the three names above, complete the form, and email all three completed forms to [email protected] for each athlete.

After the Athletic Director receives all of the required paperwork and clears you for participation, the booster club will mark your registration as complete. Please note that your registration will remain in “Pending” status until the Athletic Director verifies the JCPS athletic forms.

Other Team News...

• Our season kickoff meeting is scheduled for September 23rd.

• A tentative schedule of events and practices for this season can be found on the calendar tab of our team site.

• The team will provide each athlete with one latex cap and team t-shirt. Additional spirit wear items will be available for purchase when our team store opens. Team suits, or other optional items such as parkas, equipment bags, etc.can be ordered from Swimville. Please see directions for how to order and a price list of available items..
• Digital Season Passes are available for students and parents to attend all regular season home ticketed athletic events during 2026-27 school year (does not include tournaments or postseason events). Passes may be purchased using the links for STUDENT Digital Pass or ADULT Digital Pass.
