dMHS Swim and Dive Team Registration for the 2024-2025 season is OPEN through October 1st!

Please follow these 6 steps to complete athlete registration: 

1. Register on our team Swimtopia site.
2. Submit the 24-25 dMHS Athletic Participation Forms using "Final Forms". Instructions for Submitting Athletic Forms Electronically.
3. Pay $20 sports insurance fee in Final Forms. This is paid once per school year, regardless of the number of sports played.
4. Submit University of Louisville Youth Protection Form. Email signed form to dupontmanualswimteam @ gmail . com for each athlete (include the name of athlete in the subject line for the email). Use DuPont Manual Swim Team as the program name on the form. This document will remain on file for meets held at U of L's pool.
5. Submit JCPS Athletics Software Waiver. Email completed form to dupontmanualswimteam @ gmail . com for each athlete (include the name of athlete in the subject line for the email).
6. If paying team fees by check instead of credit card in Swimtopia, remember to drop off payment to Coach or the Athletic Director's office.

After the Athletic Director receives all of the required paperwork and clears you for participation, the booster club will mark your registration as complete. Please note that your registration will remain in “Pending” status until the Athletic Director verifies the JCPS athletic forms.

Other Team News...

• Our season kickoff meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 25th from 6:30pm-8pm. All parents, swimmers and divers are welcome and encouraged to attend. Please RSVP for the event on our team site so the correct amount of food can be purchased and consider signing up for a volunteer job to help setup, serve or cleanup after the event.

• The swim and dive team has been assigned to work the concessions stand for the home football game against PRP on 10/18/24. We need lots of both adult and student volunteers to help with this event so please sign up for a volunteer job to help the team. We need at least one volunteer from every family to work that night. No prior experience is necessary!

• A tentative schedule of events and practices for this season can be found on the calendar tab of our team site.

• The team will provide each athlete with one latex cap and team t-shirt. Additional spirit wear items will be available for purchase when our team store opens in September. To purchase a team suit, or other optional items such as parkas, equipment bags, etc. visit Swimville.
