Athletes & Parents - 

We are slowly getting information on the "Test to Play" program that begins November 1st and will forward information to you as soon as we receive it, which is the reason for an additional email this week. 

What we currently know: 

• All students, regardless of vaccination status, currently involved in Extracurricular Activities will be required to be tested weekly in order to participate. 
• We anticipate the majority of testing to occur during our weekly in school testing on Thursdays. 
• In order to be tested, parents must complete the PARENT CONSENT FORM (go to this link and select “Complete Forms”) to consent for the screening in advance. Parents may go ahead and complete this step now, but as soon as it is completed, the student name will immediately be on our Thursday test roster. (It is currenlty unclear if a name appears on the roster, will they be required to test prior to November 1st? If we get an answer to this, we will forward to the team.)

As soon as we get more details, we will share with you.
