Covid-19 Vaccination Opportunities

Seneca High School is hosting a COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic tomorrow (Friday, July 30) from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm.
Interested students/staff should go to the link below and complete the form in advance. The link also allows parents to give consent in advance and not be present at vaccination.
Have interested athletes go to this site, have them complete the drop down options (Jefferson --> Seneca Passport Health --> Friday, July 30 --> Pick a time). This allows their parents to give consent in case they aren't coming.
