Go ahead and get started on your dMHS Required Athletic Paperwork this summer! 

There is an online submission feature this year for all required Athletic Department documents. 

The required $20 Sports Medicine Fee can be submitted once school starts or when the online payment option is open, a link will be posted. 

Please don't forget - This does not register you for the dMHS Swim and Dive Team - that registration will occur in September!
