Dear Team,

Closing cash/check RSVP Option:

I am closing the cash/check option for RSPV'ing to the banquet for the time being. We would like everyone who can to use the PAY BY Credit Card option. If you need to use the Cash/Check option, please contact me and I will open it for a window of time so you can use it. We have had a couple of people RSVP with both options and that will throw our headcount off.

Swimmers, If you are RSVP'ing for your self, you can still use the CC option because when you confirm, you will not be asked to pay because you are free.

For those adults who have already RSVP'd with the cash/check option, please remember that you are ordering your meal and you will be included in the headcount so, if you forget to show up we still expect you to pay for your meal. Also, please bring a check or exact dollar amounts. We will not have change.

Coaches Notes/Gifts:

There will be three bags at the banquet in which you can deposit Thank You notes to each of the coaches. This is also the place for additional gifts for the coaches. The bags will be given to the coaches at the end of the Banquet.
