Swim Banquet (RSVP BY 2/26) and Coaches Thank You Notes and Gifts.

Swim Banquet: RSVP BY 2/26 (12:00pm)
It’s that time of year again to celebrate our team and coaches and all of their hard work and achievements at our end of season banquet. We have added two separate banquet events to our calendar: one event is for people who want to pay with credit cards online—no processing fees—and one event is for people who would like to pay with check or cash at the door. The description for the event includes the menu that will be served. We have planned for vegetarian options. Athletes are free, parents and extra adults are $20; children 10 and under are $10. Additional guests are welcome!! Also, we are asking for a couple of volunteers to help with setup and cleanup.
Coaches Thank You Notes and Gifts:
We are doing something new this year. We will have gift bags at the banquet for each of the coaches. Each of the swimmers/divers are expected to write a short thank you note for each one of their coaches and place it in the gift bag.
In addition, the booster club will be providing a $25 end of season non-cash gift to each of the coaches, in accordance with Kentucky Red Book rules, but athletes and parents are welcome to give additional gifts directly to their coaches if they want to. Parents and athletes can also organize a group gift to their coaches, but the Red Book rules state that the booster club cannot participate in that effort. If any parent would like to organize additional gifts for the coaches, please let us know, and we will email your information to the entire team.
This final week of the season will go by very quickly so please pay close attention to team emails and announcements. We don't want anyone to miss important information.
