Great job at the Swim and Dive Meets this weekend! The swimmers placed 2nd in the JCPS Sprint meet and Divers earned 4th and 8th place medals and the JCPS Invite.  We have a busy few weeks coming up as we gear up for our final regular season meets and Regional and State Championships! Please read for details and continue to refer to Swimtopia!   

PRACTICE THIS WEEK:  7:15-9pm Monday and Thursday

SWIM MEETS THIS WEEK:                                                                                                  Wednesday, January 29th, Manual vs. Ballard @Central High School. Warm Ups 5:30/ Meet Starts 6:30. We still need 9 more timers!! This is our last home/hosted meet! Please sign up to help on dupontmanual.swimtopia.com if you have not already done so this season.                                                                                  Saturday, February 1st, Brown Sprint Invitational Meet @ UofL Ralph Wright Natatorium. Warm Ups 1:00/Meet Starts 2:00. $6 entry for spectators. Volunteer timers receive free entry. Please email [email protected] if you would like to time at the meet.

DIVE REGIONALS:  Dive Regionals will be on Wednesday February 5th @ UofL 4:30pm. Please come out to support our divers! 

SWIM REGIONALS:  Our Regional Meet (region 4) is on Saturday, February 8th @UofL. PRELIMS are in the morning and FINALS are that evening. Prelim warm ups 10:00am/Meet Start 11:00. Finals warm ups 5:00pm/Meet Starts 6:00pm. Coaches will notifiy swimmers that are swimming in Regionals, however we want ALL SWIMMERS to attend and support our team!! More info to come next week. 

REGIONAL PASTA PARTY: TUESDAY FEBRUARY 4TH 6:30-8pm at Blairwood. This is an ALL TEAM EVENT and we would like for ALL SWIMMERS AND DIVERS to join in celebrating our Regional Team! Athletes, please RSVP on Swimtopia by this Friday (1/31). Parents, this event is just for the kids, but we will need a few adult volunteers to help. Watch for a sign up to be posted later this week with how you can help.
