PRACTICE THIS WEEK: Monday & Thursday 7:15-9pm.  NO practice on Wednesday due to the meet! 

SWIM MEET THIS WEDNESDAY 1/15/20 @ Central High School:                     Senior Recognition Night! Manual vs. Male. Warm ups 5:30/Meet Starts 6:30.    Non-USS (non-club) Swimmers arrive BY 5:15; USS/Club Swimmers attending practices arrive BY 6-6:15. Reminder that Senior Night theme is Hawaiian--wear a Hawaiian shirt!! Thanks to all that have signed up to volunteer at the meet!
