Congrats to all Swimmers on the great meet this weekend! 

PRACTICE THIS WEEK:  Monday & Thursday 7:15-9pm; Saturday 10:30-12.               NO practice on Wednesday due to the meet! This Saturday will be the last Saturday practice. 

SWIM MEET THIS WEDNESDAY 11/20 @ Central High School:                      Manual vs. Eastern. Warm ups 5:30/Meet Starts 6:30. Non-USS (non-club) Swimmers arrive BY 5:15; USS/Club Swimmers attending practices arrive BY 6-6:15. Spectators should be prepared to pay a small entry fee, approx $5. Thanks to all that have signed up to volunteer at the meet in some capacity! Everyone's help to keep the space clean/clean up trash at the end would be appreciated!
