Parents & Swimmers,

Fern Creek Invite @Ralph Wright Natatorium, UofL, is tomorrow, 11/16!  Coaches request swimmers to please arrive at 1:00 so they can be ready for warm ups at 1:30. Meet starts at 2:30. The coaches have/or will be notifying swimmers what events they'll be swimming. Don't panic if your swimmer doesn't know...they will find out at the meet!

General Meet Info:

• VERY IMPORTANT: If a swimmer has NOT RSVP'd for a meet they WILL NOT be entered in the meet! You can double check to see if your swimmer RSVP'd on dupontmanual.swimtopia.com. Log into your account on the website then go to Calendars, then Sign Up Calendar, then Meet Entry (even after meet entry is closed you should be able to view). We don't want kids to show up by mistake if they won't be able to swim! 
• We still have about 30 swimmers that have not RSVP'd for our home meet on 11/20! RSVPs must be completed ASAP in order for coaches to complete entries! 
• JCPS Meet Entry Fees: Spectators are usually charged approximately $5 for entry to meets. If we know the exact amount in advance we will let you know, but plan on an entry fee (also possible parking fee when meets are at UofL). 

SHOW YOUR SPIRIT AT THE MEETS AND WEAR MANUAL SPIRITWEAR! Parents, if everyone tries to wear spiritwear maybe we will all be able to find each other and have a little cheer section!
