Hello Swim & Dive Athletes and Parents,

PRACTICE THIS WEEK:  Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:15-9pm @ Blairwood. Reminder: NO practice this Saturday (11/16) due to the swim meet! 

UPCOMING SWIM MEETS:  

• Fern Creek "Battle of the Swamp" Invite @ UofL (2216 S. Floyd Street), this Saturday November 16th. Warm ups @1:30; Meet Starts @2:30. 
• Dual Meet Manual v Eastern (HOME MEET) @ Central High School, Wednesday, November 20th. Warm ups 5:30; Meet Starts 6:30. RSVP DEADLINE IS THURSDAY, 11/14!
• RSVP Instructions: Athletes MUST RSVP for meets by deadlines! Please go to dupontmanualswimtopia.com to RSVP. Once on the site, go to Calendar Events then click on the appropriate swim meet and "meet entry" in order to RSVP whether you plan to swim or not. PLEASE NOTE: The coaches will assume you will NOT be swimming if you do not RSVP. Having correct information by the deadline is VERY IMPORTANT. If you RSVP that you will be there and then do not show up we still have to pay for your entry! 
• Meet entries will be completed by the Coaches. Please address all meet entry questions directly to Coach Katelyn Meng or Coach JC Barnett.
• VOLUNTEERS NEEDED for HOME meet 11/20-- Thanks to everyone for signing up in advance!  We still need a runner or two as well as a few extra hands willing to stick around and clean up the stands at the end. Please sign up on dupontmanualswimtopia.com. Job Sign Up is listed with the Eastern Meet on November 20th.

COMMUNICATION:  

• Please refer to dupontmanual.swimtopia.com for information. You should be able to find the answers to most of your questions as well as important team information, coach and booster email addresses/contact info, and additional resources. 
• Remind Messages will be used to "remind" athletes and parents of deadlines and last minute changes or important info we need to get out quickly. Remind will NOT be used for RSVPs! ALL MEET  RSVPs will be on dupontmanual.swimtopia.com. Please do not reply to Remind messages or emails as your RSVP! 

FUNDRAISING UPDATE:

• Thanks to everyone that supported our Blaze Pizza Fundraiser in October. We made $139 just for eating pizza and having fun!:)
• Thanks to those of you that came out to work the concessions on Friday night! It was a little chilly, but FUN and we earned an extra $500 for our Swim & Dive budget!!
