Hello Swim & Dive Athletes and Parents,

November has arrived and that means our first meet is right around the corner! All swimmers MUST RSVP for each meet! The coaches will assume you are NOT planning to attend until you RSVP! 

PRACTICE THIS WEEK:

Normal practice schedule this week with practices Monday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings 7:15-9pm and Saturday 10:30-12. 

UPCOMING MEETS 11/16 & 11/20: 

• Fern Creek "Battle of the Swamp" Invite @ UofL (2216 S. Floyd Street), Saturday November 16th. Warm ups @1:30; Meet Starts @2:30. RSVP on Swimtopia by Friday, November 8th!
• Dual Meet Manual v Eastern (HOME MEET) @ Central High School, Wednesday, November 20th. Warm ups 5:30; Meet Starts 6:30. RSVP on Swimtopia by Friday, 11/15! 
• RSVP Instructions:  Athletes MUST RSVP for meets by deadlines! Please go to dupontmanualswimtopia.com to RSVP. Once on the site, go to Calendar Events then click on the appropriate swim meet and "meet entry" in order to RSVP whether you plan to swim or not. This is very important! The coaches will assume you will NOT be swimming if you do not RSVP.  
• Meet entries will be completed by the Coaches. Please address all meet entry questions directly to Coach Katelyn Meng or Coach JC Barnett. 
• VOLUNTEERS NEEDED for HOME meet 11/20--job sign up is open for volunteers. We need to supply all timers, runner/s, entry/gate/concessions. Plus could use a few extra hands willing to stick around and clean up the stands at the end. Please sign up on dupontmanualswimtopia.com. FOOTBALL CONCESSIONS THIS FRIDAY NIGHT!

Reminder!  The Swim & Dive Team has the opportunity to earn and additional $500 for our budget by be working the Concessions at the duPont Manual football game this Friday night, November 8th (the Crimsons host the playoff game). Thank you to all that have already signed up to help! We still have plenty of spots to fill and can use as many students as are willing to help. The more we have the easier it will be! Athletes, simply RSVP and your job will be assigned that night. Friends are welcome and all students will receive service hours if needed!  Sign up can be found on dupontmanualswimtopia.com.
