Happy Red/White Week! 

TEAM PICTURE THIS WEDNESDAY:

Swim & Dive Team picture for the Winter Program will be taken this Wednesday, 10/30, immediately after school in the Large Gym. You should be finished by 2:35. Wear team jackets. (Sonya Brown will be there with team jackets that haven't been picked up yet). **Note:  this is NOT for the yearbook picture...that will be taken on another date during the school day. 

PRACTICE SCHEDULE THIS WEEK:

Swim Practice Monday and Wednesday 7:15-9pm; Saturday 10:30-12. NO PRACTICE THURSDAY 10/31. Happy Halloween!

IMPORTANT! ATHLETE SWIMTOPIA ACCOUNTS:

In order for your swimmer/diver to RSVP for meets, they will need to have their own account and use their own email to log in on SwimTopia. (NOT on the APP..this must be done on the actual website). They will simply need to choose "reset password" (or similar option) when they attempt to sign in and they will be redirected to set up a password to create their account.

IMPORTANT: This needs to be done ASAP so the kids will be ready to RSVP for upcoming meets! If you have difficulty, please email questions to [email protected]. 

CALENDAR UPDATE:

 We have removed practice dates from the Swimtopia Calendar. Due to Swimtopia formatting the practice dates were making it difficult to see the upcoming major events, such as Meets. Practice dates can be found by clicking on the "Calendar" tab then "Practice Info" tab and will be located in a google calendar. We'll continue to update with any practice cancellations or changes using the Remind notification as well as the Weekly email updates. 

JCPS ATHLETIC PAPERWORK DEADLINE 11/1: 

November 1st is the deadline for ALL USA CLUB SWIMMERS to submit their JCPS athletic paperwork to Mr. Zuberer! Athletes will not be able to participate in meets if not complete and turned in!

UPCOMING EVENTS: 

New Fundraiser! The Swim & Dive Team will be working concessions at Manual Stadium on Friday, November 8th & Friday, November 15th. We'll need lots of help to successfully run the concession stand and will be posting sign ups soon! 

November Swim Meets: Saturday November 16th, Fern Creek Invitational @ UofL; Wednesday, November 20th Manual v. Eastern (Home meet--sign up to volunteer on Swimtopia!)
